Returns & Refunds
At SWL LEARN LTD we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Some items (such as perishable goods, personalised items, and intimate products) may not be eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable period.
